This enzyme is pivotal in cAMP hydrolysis, and by inhibiting PDE4, intracellular cAMP levels are elevated. This elevation leads to the downregulation of inflammatory cytokines and a reduction in the expression of cell adhesion molecules. By modulating these processes, PALI-2108 prevents the local infiltration and activation of inflammatory cells in the colon tissues.

Popped out of the "wedge" yesterday and traded to a high of $2.93 then retraced and touched a low of $2.67 and back into "the wedge"

I would say this is still coiling and all dips should be bought..... JMHO
