The Shamrock Property consists of 40 unpatented load claims, accessible by paved road, covering 758 acres and located 20 miles northwest of Medford, Oregon. It also owns a 70% interest in the Great Burnt and South Pond copper and gold properties.

I contacted the company and was told that i would get a cheque for the amount of CNC shares I would have received based on the Sept 2 CNC share price but I haven't heard anything else since. I have followed up a couple of days later and asked when I could expect to get the cheque but didn't get an answer.

I will ask John again this week and I'm thinking about filing a complaint with the OSC if I don't get a satisfactory answer by the end of the week. Any thoughts? Should I wait a bit longer?
