RE:RE:RE:Question For DrNoThanks for this jerolapi - wondered how the "made whole" would work - this makes sense and seems fair. So... 2.7 million SHL shares could be affected by postponement... At 64.92 conversion rate this equates to just under 42,000 CNC shares... Which amounts to a total maximum payout of approx. $120,000. Not a small amount of $$ for a company like SHL but - as I have said before - I am not convinced this was a mistake. Also not convinced SHL will be paying this amount. Seems possible postponement was very deliberate and international decision and they were perfectly aware of what they were doing. Question is why the decision to postpone CNC share dividend? Even if they had followed through they would still own 5.6 million CNC shares of these were needed for cash purposes etc. so likely not that. No idea but hopefully more will come clear soon. IMO someone wants SHLs 8.1 million CNC shares!

I have followed up a couple of days later and asked when I could expect to get the cheque but didn't get an answer.
I will ask John again this week and I'm thinking about filing a complaint with the OSC if I don't get a satisfactory answer by the end of the week. Any thoughts? Should I wait a bit longer?
