RE:Personally, I'm one VERY happy "$weathog shareholder"! ; - )I'm far from a stock market expert, just a common share holder that believes in the science ( as does the planet's top lung transplant team ) .... It is my understanding that the "CEO" is positioned to act out the directives or strategies set out by the BoD ( bored of directers ) .... Clearly this Andrew fellow is more than capable and looking back ( Monday QB - like ) I would expect that he has guided the ship exactly as directed ... IF NOT, he would not have been returned to "the wheel".  Now that positions have been taken and all bonueses and what-have-you doled out, the newest set of directions could very well entail an appreciation of the "doled out secuities".  I am more than confident in this fellow and MUCH MORE importantly so is the BoD that just happen to own about 90% of the firm, once fully diluted....
