Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. entity as an insider.   That puts them in a position of trading in NCU without
having to file as long as they continue to stay below the 10% threshold.

That now brings up another question.  What is it they are planning that they feel
the need to hide from public scrutiny.  Very curious move but there's something 
going on to prompt this.   Any ideas gentlemen?
