RE:FCC Working Capital

RE:FCC Working CapitalSure;  FCC is now over 650,000,000 shares I&O on a FD basis.  You just mentioned they will probably need another $50,000,000 in WC, potentially as a LOC (even as an equity raise, it would be stifling).  So that would be 650M shares, and close to $50-$60M in debt drawn down, with the possibility of another $30M - $40M in debt taken on.  The possible "conversion" clauses would be not in existing shareholder interests, as they would likely be agreed to at todays prices; prices that should hover around $0.25/share, thanks to the latest raise price point.  The 7:1 consolidation number, previously approved by shareholders, looks about right to get them back to a respectable PPS.  But there is no value here right now.  Just lots of shares, and lots of debt, and lots of work to do, for a Glencore, DRC sourced supplly chain, of dirty cobalt (as FCC seems to be divesting out of their ground "assets", which they first wrote down to "$1", after spending about $36,000,000 acquiring them.  But the beat goes on, and people keep dancing to it.
