Peak Fintech Provides Update on Status of Effectiveness of its Form 40-F
Montreal, Quebec, September 21, 2021 - Peak Fintech Group Inc. (CSE: PKK) (NAS: TNT) (“Peak” or the “Company”), an innovative Fintech service provider and manager of the Cubeler Business Hub, today announced that it has been advised by the Nasdaq Capital Market ("NASDAQ") that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") is still in the process of reviewing the Company's registration statement, known as Form 40-F. As the review process is taking longer than originally expected, trading of Peak's common shares on the NASDAQ has been temporarily halted until the SEC completes its review and issues the notice of effectiveness of the Company's Form 40-F.
