Regardless APC soon it looks like a good buy as it approaches the low twenties once again, I will start adding back to a third acct as cash becomes available.

Meanwhile BIOV is up 150% but had to bombard the mkt with a wave of news over the past 3 weeks...APC will do the same at some point, plus APCs share structure is alot more leaner.
