RE:RE:RE:Speculation of 'something'... Or not...Pretty sure I remember - could be mistaken - CNC stating about a month ago labs are delayed 12 weeks - this was in one fo those interviews or promo videos.  Aanyone else remember tthis?  Now 4 weeks later it's increased to up to 16 weeks?  Really?  As someone else pointed out they've had results pending for at least 18 weeks. 

Here's a question for the board... does releasing the qualitative results qualify as disclosure and therefore CNC is not obligated to release actual assays until they see fit?  This could come into play if they are indeed negotiating something behind the scenes... that is release a qualitative release to satisfy disclosure and sitting on results is OK?
