RE:RE:(Podcast) Rick Gillis, CEO of The Tinley Beverage Company

RE:RE:(Podcast) Rick Gillis, CEO of The Tinley Beverage CompanyAyr intends to purchase 100% of the equity interests of Cultivauna, LLC. The terms of the transaction include $20 million in upfront consideration, made up of up to $10 million in cash with the remainder in stock. An earn-out payment of up to an additional $40 million will be paid in shares based on the achievement of revenue targets in 2022 and 2023.

Ayr Wellness buys Levia for twice Tinley's current market cap with much less potential, that should tell you what MSO's think about cannabis licenses state by state.

Peak Processing Solutions has signed a five-year deal worth $3.42-million US with The Boston Beer Company to research, develop and be the sole manufacturer of cannabis-infused, non-alcoholic drinks for the firm in Canada.  Boston Beer invests into Peak Processing Solutions, the company producing some of Tinley's cannabis beverages in Canada.

There's a lot of interest in cannabis licenses & infrastructure in the U.S and Canada. Just because Tinley hasn't sold out doesn't mean there haven't been offers!!!

Tinley needs institutional investors, not more retailers! Both are ideal but Tinley has over 5 thousand retail shareholder already, many who are probably broke from investing in Tinley or don't want to invest anymore due to the share price suppression and regulatory hurdles up until more recently.

Hexo is down over 94% from ATH's, and that's after doing a reverse stock split, and so are many other cannabis-related companies, it's not only Tinley who has been shorted into the abyss.

Richard mentioned Tinley's bottled nearly 1 million units on the bottling line, that would equal more than previous revenues, not to mention the mini-line & all other beverage production formats.

Why are you still talking about Jeff? I guess he's still living in your head rent free.
