US Cannabis SPACs Not Finding Much to BuyU.S. blank check firms ( SPACs ) eyeing cannabis companies are struggling to find suitable targets and many are merging into unrelated industries, as weak after market performance of recent Special Purpose Acquisition Corps listings dent confidence.
SPACs are special purpose acquisition companies that have been funded and hold lots of cash , ready to acquire once a suitable target or targets are identified.
As of the above report ( Sept 24/21 ) there isn't much out there to buy.
