Lanny - What gives a shareholder…The right to be angry about a lack of transparency and updates?
The right to be critical of management?
The right to be upset that nobody ever answers your calls or responds to your emails?
The right to ask about the 15 million USD we were to be awarded from a decade ago?
The right to ask about Podbrje which should be operating already?
The right to be passionate about this investment and ask TOUGH Questions?
im the newbie (or some iteration of icky, dependent on who you ask). I've participated in zero private placements. I have been here for less than a year. I have a fair position but it's peanuts compared to many. I've never been to an AGM. I own zero warrants and have never owned a warrant.
Maybe I am a fool. Maybe I should sell today. I already know where the door is. Maybe I don't have the right to complain. Maybe there's some boxes I can't tick off. Fine.
So if I don't have the right to complain or ask tough questions, what do you tell a guy like Jasper? What do you tell a guy, 390k deep at an average SP of nearly 70 cents when he asks for an update and timelines? What do you tell a guy who's been to the AGMs who doesn't appreciate a dozen AIML news releases to every EV one? What do you tell the guy who has been here for over 2 decades and down over 80% when he wants answers to tough questions?
And keep the terms average down and PP out of the response because that's a privilege of the few and not the right of an investor.
