I emailed Cathy asking about what's going on and also asked if they are withholding press releases. 

Her response:

"Hi,

This issue should be resolved soon. The co with the help of Nasdaq and Benchmark lawyers are communicating with the SEC who seems to have classified Peak incorrectly as a V.I.E entity which we are not. It will be back on Nasdaq soon. And yes you are correct, all press releases are on hold until the halt is removed."
