RE:RE:RE:to Acquire 16 Industrial Assets for an Aggregete $163.2 MWhile I agree with you the fact is reits do it more often than you think, it's a way to acquire the funds quickly and may affect today but long term effect will be nothing. And actually for how bad the markets are today its surprising to me that its hanging so tightly to the 6.85 offering. Cheers better days ahead here for sure, bump in the road for the s.p nothing more.

If this is good for the company, why do they have to sell shares below market, at the expense of existing shareholders?  This is not an exploration company or a distressed company  that is desperate for funds  just to stay alive.  It's empire building, not value building.
