I do not count much on DFS itself. I think that results are pretty much pre-determined, because there are no material unknown factors beyond PFS. New resource is already in. There would be some statistical differences, new price of Li assumption and stage 2 NPV, but the main industry players already know about 3Q deposits size and quality enough.

DFS is surely important milestone and should affect something, but I think it will mostly play during financing stage. Especially since CATL is involved.

Financing, on the othe hands, will open new chapter of NLC's development.

I think CATL would move with it not long after DFS. New drilling campaign can create pressure on them. If drillings are successful and resource expand dramatically, financing will be more expensive for CATL (s/p can surge) or another party may make a move. Then, CATL would have a choice - loose influence on super-deposit or engage in true bidding war.
