3k shares purchased by management during a 40% selloff? How about Doman buys a few more shares on the open market instead of an irrelevant football team in a league that nobody watches. I've purchased 5x more shares than insiders in the same timeframe based on valuation alone. We should have just done buybacks and debt reduction with the windfall from record lumber prices instead of overpaying for Hixson. At least then I wouldn't lose 3k off my net worth every trading day.

100% right. It's a damn DISGRACE Doman isn't taking any initiative to address shareholder resentment. I've seen share prices run 5% on a single CEO buy. Doman may have a large position here, but that doesn't mean he couldn't grab more shares on the open market when the valuation is as stupidly low as it is currently.
