You have left out important parts like the billing codes prblem, the attempt by an ex employee trying to steal their software code to start a competing busines that generated a publicized lawsuit that Lisa won, and the fact that at the stock price low Lisa bought quite a fistful herself at $0.20.
There certainly have been some costly learning curve obstacles, but being at the cutting edge doing the lead in a new enterprise is where you hit such obstacles.
If somene is planning a buyout, I'd expect that person to be waiting patiently for the obstacles to get found and the software to be tuned through the costly process of initial field testing. For a "buyout" to be practical, the buyer would have to be confident that they could develop the product further and manage the current challenges as well as Lisa is doing.
Do you know a buyer who can do that?
