Given the daily drop in stock price (now heading below $1), any chance for a NASDAQ listing is about 0 %.likely to happen.

Knowing that a NASDAQ listing is now, all but impossible to qualify for ($# sustained minimal stock price), don't be surprised to see another reverse split by management to keep this turd of a stock in business without any hope of a NASDAQ listing.

Screw the retail investor, to enrich management and stay in business. That has ALWAYS been the LDS/COOL business model.
