RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Short interest at the end of August

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Short interest at the end of AugustI will say this is probablly the worst run reit in this big reit sector. I still hold a small amount and very glad I never increased the amount owned. Management shold have been shook up a long time ago. The record for this team is dismal. How can they sit back and let this happen and blame it all on the pandemic. They should have diversified more and added more indiustrial properties. Do something to make a splash!

I have said before that you need to go on the offensive in this market like Nexus and not sit back and let other reits make aquisitions.

The divy of course at 2 cents and very low yield is not bringing the retail or institutional buyers in. Yes, there is some value here, but we have been hearing that for some time as the share price continues to go lower.

I don't expect much here in the future. The pandemic has exposed the weakest reits and Morguard is at the top of the list. Reducing the divy twice is a double shock that will stay with Morguard well into the future, unless they do something big.
