Yes, and to align the management interest with shareholders. It might be a few more performance shares instead of a cash bonus for now. Award the management generously only when PPR is debt-free with healthy cash flow.
 
We still need Mimi and Tony to find creative ways to cut costs and save every penny for more drilling. We are not out of the wood yet. Increase the production back to 7,000 to 10,000 boe/d is the best way to unlock the value of PPR.
 
If the natural gas/oil price keeps steady and higher, we will have a bright future.
