The way Randy jumped on the cash and sucked up as much as he could after the last ridiculous CR says it all, he's had enough.

Interest rate on balance owing is another pointer to just how he considers the risk on the remainig funds he has stuck in Ucore. 

He was Jim's patsy for years, suggest he's woke, fancy taking the Magic Pudding as security on anything, pile of beans would have been more valuable.
