RE:RE:RE:even Trent is buying at these prices.Commisioned in this regard is not as in a military Commision.  Haven worked in the construction industry for over 4 decades I have been involved/managed this sort of thing several times.  In order to declare that the facility has been commisioned means that the process has been proven, debugged, run, put through its paces etc.  It means that a Commisioning Agent or Agents, and Engineers are satisfied the process works and the eqipment works as intended.  In other words the raw material that comes in door A goes out through door B as a finished product as intended.  You cant declair "commissioned" without production.  Likely there will be production before Commisioned is declared.  The finished product is key to Commisioned.  Without it there is no Commisioned.  The rub is, and I have seen it before, when the process dosnt produce as intended, the fan gets overloaded in a hurry.  And yes I have been party to that situation where Commisioned was never acheived.  I have faith that wont happen here.  But it sometimes does.  Thats why a year from now we all will be chewing our fingernails to the bone. GLTA!!!!!!!
