Verde AgriTech Ltd is an agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers. The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of a multi-nutrient potassium fertilizer marketed in Brazil under the brands K Forte and BAKS, Silicio Forte, and internationally as Super Greensand (the Product). K Forte is a potash fertilizer that is a source of potassium, silicon, and magnesium and micronutrients. Thank you for the recent posts regarding the former Sirius project in the UK.

At this point the Verde expansion plans are very small and inexpensive potatoes in comparison to the major multi billion dollar projects by Anglo American (Woodsmith) and BHP (Jensen mine). For a limited upfront capital investment, Verde will see a significant increase in its production (and hence revenue) capacity that will have a several fold impact on its share price (300,000 tonnes per year in 2020-2021 to 1,200,000 tonnes by 2022-2023).

Based on the 2017 Feasibility Study, projecting forwards to when annual production might hit 25,000,000 per year, there are some significant capital expenditures including building a railrod line to connect the mine site with existing transport infrastructure. Fortunately we can cross that hurdle when needed - which based on the current progress against the 2017 plan this would not be required until the next century.
