All it proves is it takes a lot of money to build a plant to produce green magnesium and WMG has nearly completed that task. Your spinning of this fact to make it look like a bad thing is where the deception lies. This is the nature of new companies that build and develope new technologies, they have to raise money to succeed and THEY ARE SUCCEEDING!! And WMG has full disclosure. Keep up the great work WMG!!
