Abcourt future zinc production

Abcourt future zinc production If i take the numbers from Abcourtfreeze post that Abcourt Barvue has 417m pounds of zinc (189,545t) and the link from Blueblack that mentions that Quebec  produces 71,533t a year of zinc.
I can calculate that if Abcourt Barvue has 189,545t and can extract 10% a year that would mean
that Abcourt Barvue could produce 18.9t a year and that could mean that Abcourt Barvue could produce 27% of Quebec production a year.
My calculations must be wrong  because that would mean that Abcourt could be a major producer in Quebec and that should incite the Quebec gouvernment to help start production.

The link from Blueblack mentions that zinc could replace lithium in batteries.

I remember a quote from Mr Hinse that lithium would probably never be produced in Canada due to the very strong acid needed to process and would be too polutent and would need years to get permits.
If i am wrong in my calculation i would blame the fact that i just got an operation to release the Carpal Tunnel(tunnel carpien) and i am under the influence of a bit of morphine.
