RE:RE:RE:Pumping 101LOI's and MOU's are fluff news releases, they are tools to pump the stock and get the unsuspecting or rooky investor excited that something great is happening. Nothing ever comes of those types of news releases. Correct those types of news releases come once those that are going to benifit from the pump have enough free trading paper to make their money and run. It's the way of these pump and dump exchanges. Play them to your advantage.
