Where I come from a pilot plant is not able to produce commercial quantities.
The NR was carefull to call it a pilot plant.4 times and did not use the word ' commercial" even once.
You are right that I did not know what the production rates, whether pilot or commercial, of this
plant will be.
Thanks to your reply we now know that commercial production is 2500 metric tons a year.
