RE:RE:Court caseThanks to Janota for further research on the court case: its "value" is listed as R$10,000, so under $3,000 Cdn dollars, so nothing material as far as the court documents show.
The last two days of trading around the $1.30 range has been at relatively low volume, so likely not indicative of any significant underlying issue.
We will be looking for confirmation in the Q3 numbers due to be released in about 3 weeks time that the Company has taken active steps to manage customer accounts receivable that were run up in Q2 and likely supported the sales we understand were completed in Q3. A top line sale that is 100% offset by a doubtful account writeoff is just giving away product, with the costs once again being picked up by the long suffering shareholders.
I am busy sharpening my pencils and charging my calculator in anticipation of receiving another quarterly report - hopefully this time without me needing to uncover and report a multi million dollar error in the unaudited financial statements.
Here's hoping.
Cheers.
