My bet is on Edward. As I understand he controls the Trust that owns about 97% of the voting shares! 97%!!!

Even if the Mother and sisters are correct and the courts sides with them that a shareholder meeting and a vote is required.... that only delays Edward... So, what??? Then he holds a shareholder meeting and a vote, which as I understand he will win.

IMHO, where the mistake was made was when the Mother and sisters removed Edward as Chair. What were they thinking??? Not only is he the Chairman of RCI he also controls the Trust that controls 97% of the voting shares as I understand.

All just my opinion/view/thinking.
