In the entire history of the company they never met a guidance one. Not exactly conservative.
They also in the webcast admitted they won't meet guidance today either. 2,000 patients doesn't get you to cash flow positive, and that's what they supposedly had beginning of april.
They guided to be cash flow positive as of March 31
