RE:RE:RE:RE:The reason why this might be a value trap....Justification and making excuses for poor performance is not investing or good leadership, 

I sincerely hope management of this reit are not thinking the way you are. All reits have had to adjust and pivot to the new enviroment. Some have done much better than others in recognizing how the landscape is changing.

Anticipating these trends and shifting focus on more diversification in either industry or geography is why management exist.

They have to create new opportunities in this enviroment not excuses.

The pandemic has exposed the weakest reits. Unfortunately this is one of the worst and the share price and dividend reduction shows that.

If you believe management have done an excellent job managing this pandemic I respect that opinion and will not degrade your character and wish you the best. 

After all we are all here to become better investors and to make money.
