Remember that 1) They can't recognize the revenue until after a month in the platform. 2) Probably bot all patients are paying the $50/mth 3) They did offer some payment extensions during covid that they will be collecting in 2022. So as long as they show steady growth I would bot worry too much about missed rev guidance. The increasing monthly run rate is really more important factor here.
