They haven't proven to deliver >24% Adjusted Editda yet. That being said, transforming companies running at 5-10% to 21% with efficiencies and improvements, this is still a great use of their current and future cash.
The issue is and always has been the timing. They are taking way too long to spend the money from their initial raise let alone what they could do with this secondary.
