Suppose we look at a comparable company - Hudbay Minerals, also a Canadian company. HBM has 261M shares and is valued at $8.6/share, or roughly $2B valuation, roughly twice what you're suggesting Trevali should be valued at.
HBM had $400M in top-line revenues and $80M in gross profit after deducting cost of sales. Trevali had $100M in top-line revenues and $15M in gross profit. The "easy" metric here would be to just suggest that Trevali should be worth roughly a quarter of what HBM is worth. Going on valuation side of things, that would mean Trevali "should" be valued at roughly $500M market cap, or roughly $0.5/share.
I think $0.5 is roughly fair, but before we can get there, Trevali need to prove that they can actually meet expectations.
