Insider trading not reported??

Insider trading not reported??Perhaps some folks should look up the definition of an "INSIDER", and realize this reporting obligation applies not only to corporate officials BUT to anyone, including also, but not limited to participants, in exploration work and vendors of property who are privilged to insider info via their close and ongoing relationship with corp officials.

Insiders of publically traded entities must report their trades, buying and/or selling, via the proper forms and within 30 days of such activities.

and lookie today... ONE share bough n sold???  how can that be a legit trade rather than market manipulation/PR fluff ??... and laughable, to boot.

DYODD folks.
