Get on board KTD. It's all part of the nouveau touchy-feely culture that has permeated the industrial and political world the last 20 to 30 years. People speaking in ambiguous cliche after cliche, which, once analyzed, fails in committing themselves to anything tangible or numerical like a date or a timeline or a quantity or a dollar figure. But you just somehow feel good after reading it and it all makes the world seem like a better place. How exactly does any type of story telling expand development of production, you might be tempted to ask. Shut up and feel good, dang it you neanderthal dinosaur.
