The lawsuit is just unicorn poo being fed to poor guys who like to get suckered twice. But I'm curious to see.
BTW, I just got a couple of bucks from a class action I didn't know I was in against BMO for some chiseling they did between 2001-2011. So 10 to 20 years. I'd say that should be about right if the "lawsuit" goes ahead. Half of the double-suckers should be dead by then. Just walk away and live your life. I have.
