RE:Share consolidationThis is required for Nasdaq listing. Perhaps not 7 to 1 but certainly a consolidation was required. Having access to large pools of capital on the Nasdaq is a good thing.

As for the mechanics of a consolidation it is no different than trading in the 20 loonies weighing your pocket down for a single twenty dollar bill. Being "mad" at a consolidation simply shows one's naivete as regards investing. Particularly so in this case when it is specifically done as a precursor to Nasdaq.
