RE:One Well Will Not Be a Company Killer

RE:One Well Will Not Be a Company KillerI like your line of thinking but if I was in the C Suite at VLE I wouldnt be interested in a one well program. This needs a 5 to 10 to 15 well commitment perhaps on a rolling option basis with at least 2 of those wells being horizontal.

With a drilling program like that I am sure you can get the drilling and completion costs down to $10MM/well or less. And so, we need say 2 - 3 partners to join us with a commitment of between 30 and 50 million each (Chump change at current oil and gas prices) for a company maker for all three or four companies involved.

I think your thought of a financing with a commitment on drilling the deeps is a very good one, and if it was just a one well commitment your target of $2.50/share sounds reasonable. But with a multi-well commitment, I've always thought $5.00.

The the potential reward seems to me to be immense and the risk to a junior major of $30,000,000 is pocket change.

All IMHO .. DYODD
