Sorry Monty, I didn't see your post before I made mine.  In re-reading the news relese about the purchase, it really is not clear whether the purchase price started with 206 million or whether the purchase price started with a number of shares at $9.80 plus the cash which happened to work out to 206 million.  I was assuming the latter, but its really not clear to me now in reading the press release.
