Energy East should have been built number one for the Feds should be to use Canadian Oil and gas across the country.Maybe Quebec will be generating power completely with hydro by 2030 but there are a lot of cars in Montreal and trucks in Quebec hauling containers consumer goods and food that will still need fuel for at least 30 more years.
