No other explanation. Where as BTI has a CEO who has full cognition.

I have to smoke a big fat spiff just to read anything that comes out of the other company's management team, and if its a video,,,well I have to get others to screen it first then I have an edbile prior to,,,and puff a JT special from start to finish. Major diff!!!
