RE:Is First Cobalt Trying To Get Into NASDAQ

RE:Is First Cobalt Trying To Get Into NASDAQ

Share consolidation is a common practice for most if not all ventures. It's nothing out of the ordinary whatsoever. Its true that some companies will do this for short term funding if they are struggling. Usually near bankruptcy. However in fcc’s case it's a strategic corporate action.

Most investors realize that there is a cap on companies that funds such as pension funds and actual indexes use to determine elegibility for investment and inclusion.

fcc is over that cap by a significant margin when entering the play field. Albeit with few opposing teammates. At 540million shares that is outside of many fund and index criteria. The reverse would be a hugely amazing thing for me personally. As if folks sell post consaolidation I will gladly try to catch the falling knife.
