I have dealt with the Vancouver Exchange and the BCSC a few times in the past . I know you want action but you will get nowhere . They are world famous for ignoring shareholders . If you get any reply it will be something like , " we cannot comment on your ongoing complaint investigation " . Not worth the time to write . You have been at this for a long time and got nowhere . We are the only western country with no nation regulator .
I think that whipping this dead horse is doing a lot more harm than good . We just have to wait for information . This board is under a dark cloud and anybody who is interested in MMY would look at the comments here and head for the exit . This will get us nowhere . Over a year of shareholders waiting for assays " held up by the lab " till all the money has disappeared and not one shareholder has gotten a responce from regulators . So maybe it`s time to put a hold on the bad press and we can get somewhere .
