I voted with my smart phone and it went very easy. Scan the QR code on the voting letter of your Broker, make your signs and after that there are only two steps: confirm and submit. (Scroll always down to find these two bottoms). Minutes later I received a confirmation email of my broker about my votings.
I gave my "For" votes only to Courtenay Wolfe. All others I chose "Withhold"... (knowing it helps little but better than doing nothing).
