Well kw. You r correct. But in todays environment, the big pic for this deal is way up for sh. Yes. There r those partisioants that will sell existing shares, just to get the new plus free warrants. That will pass quickly. This is the 1rst pp that I ever agreed with in 30 years of tsx investing. Time will tell if I am right:))
