Battered wife syndrome....Yes, he punched me in the face...twice...but I brought it on myself so I'm going back...he'll change....
I wrote to IR 4 times....the first 3 were ignored....the 4th one told them "nevermind, I'll wait for the class action lawsuit"....that got an immediate reply and offer of a phone call. Hmmmmm things that make you go hmmmmm.
I predict the share price returns to the low of the year with tax loss selling and disgust at being blindsided twice in two months. I predict a shareholder class action law suit based upon the "transformative balance sheet" announcement in Sept and the new and improved "transformative balance sheet" back handed deal to enrich some Russian mobster with your money.
This will have a book writen on it. You can't make stuff like this up. You are nothing. You are the battered wife who just keeps going back for more as she creates ever more ridiculous rationalizations for doing so.
The share count will be back to a billion or more mere months after the last roll up. They'll go further into debt, more in the pocket of Vlad and sons and if one thing goes wrong....more water dyke issues, more delays, some permitting issue or whatever....you going to get punched in the face yet again.
You shouldn't allow them to punch you in the face again just because the meatloaf was cold and he had a hard day at work and got drunk at the bar.
