RE:RE:CSTR Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Neuro Digital Inc. That would explain National Bank's daily playing with this stock - They are a big bank mainly in Quebec so likely they knew about all this early on and are accumulating - They will help run this sooner or later once they hit their accumulation goals imo
