what could be the reason for bbd slow pace of delivery?

management said there is no supply issues !!!!!!!!!!!

management said there is shortage of employees !!!!!!!!!!!!!

someone said , Pilots issues = no enough pilots ,

is it done on purpose!!!!!

why is it much slower this year than any other previouse ones

yes, Q4 always include higher volum of deliveries, but they were spread out on the the 3 month

now 50% of Q4 are gone and bbd delivered 0.18% of the 32 jet it is suppose to deliver

the only explanation it is done on purpose,,,, but why
