To my knowledge, there has been "O" effect from flooding. They send their propane
through to Prince Rupert by rail. All the flooding and damage to roads and rail
lines are south. There are rail bridges washed out in the Fraser Canyon which has
disrupted transportation in and out of the Lower Mainland but the Northern routes
in and out of Rupert are unaffected. Very lucky break for ALA.
